It's the start or the 2020 storm season & preparation is key to securing your internet service. Your wireless internet antenna belongs to you. Add safeguarding your equipment to your pre-storm checklist to bounce back as quickly as possible after a storm.
Should you need assistance, please contact us at least 48 hours before expected storm landfall, but preferably earlier. The available time-slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once weather conditions no longer allow, our technicians will not be able to assist with antenna removals.
GOT FIXED INTERNET?
With fixed internet you have an indoor modem instead of an outdoor antenna. Still prepare to safeguard your equipment by covering it with a plastic bag and sealing it as well as possible. This will help avoid damage from flooding and other water leakage.
Our technical team also inspects and reinforces our infrastructure to ensure resilience throughout the storm season. By preparing together we can ensure soonest restoration of service.

* The wireless outdoor antenna was purchased at the installation of your service and is the property of the customer. UTS/NTG N.V. does not assume responsibility, nor provide replacement equipment on her account in the event of damage, loss, or theft.
** If a UTS, NTG NV representative concludes that you do not require assistance based on the stipulations outlined above, a service fee of $50 will be charged to your account. Non-payment of this service fee will result in disconnection of services.
