Broadband internet and mobile service to the Point Blanche area were temporarily interrupted between the nighttime hours of Monday, November 18th and 8.30 am on Tuesday, November 19th. The outage resulted from power disruption to the Point Blanche area. Service was fully restored as of 8.30am on Tuesday, November 19th
UTS broadband internet and mobile customers in the Point Blanche area were affected by this outage. The following services were affected:
  • Broadband internet service 
  • Mobile voice service
  • Mobile data service
