Scheduled maintenance

 
UTS hereby announces scheduled maintenance to the network in select neighborhoods during the month of February 2021.  While the team works on the site in your neighborhood, you may notice interruption to broadband internet service or Chippie mobile service of 30 to 60 minutes.
 
Maintenance windows are limited to 3 hours on the scheduled dates, as specified below. During this time, disruption is typically expected to last for a maximum of 30 minutes. The planned works per neighborhood will follow the below schedule:

Middle Region, Dutch Quarter February 1  10.00 pm - 1.00 am max. 30 minutes
Simpson Bay Yacht Club area & Las Brisas Complex February 3 10.00 pm - 1.00 am max. 30 minutes
Cole Bay (Divico & Almond Grove areas) February 4 10.00 pm - 1.00 am max. 30 minutes
Backstreet (Downstreet, Great Bay & Little Bay area) February 8 10.00 pm - 1.00 am max. 30 minutes
Point Blanche (Monte Vista & Harbor area) February 9  10.00 pm - 1.00 am max. 30 minutes 
Sucker Garden, Hope Estate, Guana Bay, Dawn Beach, French Quarter  February 11  10.00 pm - 1.00 am max. 30 minutes 
 
We expect to complete the above maintenance cycle by February 11th.
